Roof Works


Our convenient roofing service supplies and fits bitumen and tar for flat roofs as part of property upgrades. We repair and replace broken and slipped tiles and seal cracked valleys and gullies to prevent further damage. We also power wash roofs to remove moss and dirt build-up to keep them looking clean and fresh.

Pointing


The source of roof leaks can often be found in damaged pointing where cracked tiling and damaged mortar allows water through the roof and into the home. Our team identifies and repairs damage to pointing to prevent further water damage in the property.

Irish Homes have been availing of Premier Property Groups’ service since Autumn 2019. We have been working closely with Premier, from the acquisition stage, right through until completion of the property, ready for rental. Irish Homes

We instructed Premier Property Group to prepare an apartment for sale as part of the probate of an estate on behalf of a client. The apartment was in need of a facelift on a number of different grounds (cleaning, clearing, new flooring, painting, decorating and some minor general electric and plumbing repairs). Premier Property Group were able to undertake all this work without the need or hassle of hiring different tradesmen. It saved us and the client time and money, they were very efficient and from giving them the keys at the outset to getting them back upon completion. There was no issue and they transformed the apartment and made it a much more attractive proposition for proposed purchasers. The client was very happy with the job and led to an increased value for the property.
